Water Filter Cartridges are typically used for water filtration. They are extensively used for Marine, Oil & Gas and Industrial applications. Our water filter cartridges are sourced from very well-known factories of the world. They are produced with high quality raw materials, sincere efforts and skillful execution.
String wound cartridge filter is a kind of deep filter cartridge, which is made of the textile fabric string (polypropylene, cotton) preciously winding onto the multihole axis according to the specific technology. The typical honeycomb structure of the filter body gives it a considerable capacity for accumulating impurities present in the fluid being filtered. Wound cartridges are manufactured from a variety of carefully selected raw materials. After carding & spinning into roving they are wound into cartridges with carefully controlled micron rating.

Spun bonded filter cartridges are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spun together to form a true gradient density from outer to inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with core & without core version.

Pleated cartridges provide “Depth Filtration” for greater sediment removal. We are specialized in supplying pleated cartridges specially manufactured by Pentek in the USA. We also supply pleated cartridges of equivalent quality which are made by renowned manufacturers of India. These cartridges are washable and reusable, five micron and up to reduce filtration costs. PP Filter Bags are effective in removing solid particulate from liquids where large volumes of contamination are present or where highly viscous fluids are required to be filtered. Filtration takes place as the liquid flows from the inside of the filter bag to the outside. Filter bag replacement is simple. All debris and contamination removed from the liquid is held inside the bag which is lifted from housing after opening the top lid or bowl and disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
